Event Rental Packages at The Lancaster
Option #1 - Friday/Saturday Full Weekend - $7500*
Friday: 9:00 AM–10:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM–11:00 PM Enjoy the full weekend with ample time to decorate, rehearse, and celebrate. This package includes: • Friday night stay in the suite for up to 6 guests • Suite access for getting ready • One full setup of our 5 ft. round tables and chairs • Plenty of time to make the space your own and enjoy a relaxed, stress-free celebration
Option #2 - Friday or Saturday Single Day - $5000*
A great option that is available based on calendar availability • Friday access: 9:00 AM–10:00 PM • Saturday access: 9:00 AM–11:00 PM • Use of the venue and suite • One full setup of our 5 ft. round tables and chairs
Option #3 - Sunday-Thursday Single Day - $3000*
9:00 AM–10:00 PM A flexible and affordable option for weddings, corporate events, and celebrations. Includes: • Use of venue space and suite • One full setup of our 5 ft. round tables

5-Hour Event Window Perfect for showers, birthday parties, retirement celebrations, banquets, and more. • Use of venue space and patio • Setup up not included • Ideal for smaller or more casual gatherings
