Built between 1850 and 1900, the original barn stands as a remarkable testament to our region’s evolving history. Initially constructed to serve as a tobacco barn, it played a vital role in the agricultural fabric of the area through the 1960s. As time progressed, the barn was repurposed into a bustling cattle ranch, seamlessly adapting to the changing demands of local industry. This storied structure maintained its agricultural legacy until 2022, when new road construction heralded a new era, marking both an end and a transformation in its long, rich history.
