*Note- Pricing is based on celebrations of up to 150 guests. The Lancaster at Silver Creek can graciously accommodate up to 200 guests. Please inquire for expanded capacity options and details. Hours below indicate times the venue will be accessible. All packages below include 4-6 hours event per day. Friday/Saturday Full Weekend - $7500*
A balanced option offering extended access with a defined and focused celebration period. - Access beginning Friday for preparation and setup - Structured gathering window on Saturday for your primary event - One overnight stay in the on-site living quarters - Use of indoor and outdoor spaces during reserved times - Tables and chairs included Ideal for those who want flexibility leading into the event while maintaining a clear, well-paced gathering experience.
Friday or Saturday Single Day - $5000*
A single-day gathering with a clearly defined and coordinated event window. - Structured event duration for your gathering - Access to the property for setup prior to the event - Use of the on-site suite during your reservation period - Tables and chairs included A clean and simple option that provides full use of the space within a planned timeframe.
Sunday-Thursday Single Day - $3000*

Sunday-Thursday Half Day - $2000*
